一、学校简介

l 办学历史悠久，教育特色彰显

黔南民族师范学院（Qiannan Normal University for Nationalities）自1952年建校以来，以“师范性、民族性、地方性、应用型”为办学特色，致力于培养扎根民族地区、服务基础教育和服务地方经济社会文化发展的高素质应用型人才。2000年，学校经教育部批准，由黔南民族师范高等专科学校、都匀民族师范学校和黔南教育学院合并升格为本科院校，成为贵州省第一所市（州）本科高校。2022年，学校入选教育部师范教育协同提质计划重点支持院校；2023年成功升格为省属高校，同年获批硕士学位授予单位，学校办学层次和综合实力的进一步提升。

学校位于黔南布依族苗族自治州首府、美丽的高原桥城都匀市，东偎莲花山，南面剑江河，西临都匀毛尖茶核心产区—螺蛳壳，北望斗篷山国家级自然风景保护区。地势平坦，依山傍水，环境优雅，宁静美丽，是一所集实用性、多功能性、民族性与现代化特色于一体的大学校园。

学校现有4个区域一流学科建设点，11个省级重点学科，设有17个二级学院和教学单位，共有美术与书法、电子信息、教育等3个硕士专业，其中教育专业有15个招生方向（领域），涵盖文学、理学、教育学、法学、经济学、历史学、管理学、工学、艺术学、农学等十大学科门类。学校现有49个本科专业，其中国家级一流专业建设点5个，省级一流专业建设点15个，为学生提供了广阔的学习和研究空间。

三、申请与录取

l 申请条件

1.年满18周岁以上，35周岁以下，具有高中以上学历，非中国籍持有有效普通护照的外国公民；

   2.本科生入学前须通过汉语水平考试（新HSK4，成绩180分及以上）

3.身心健康，达到办理来华签证或居留许可的体检要求，能够保证在华期间正常学习、生活；

4.遵守中国法律及学校规章制度，无违纪、无治安处罚、无犯罪行为和记录；

5.尊重中国人民风俗习惯；

6.有一定的支付在华学费及生活费的经济能力。

2.面试：对于符合申请条件的学生，我校将统一组织网络视频面试。面试合格者，学校将颁发录取通知书。

3.材料提交日期为2026年3月31日之前。

l 录取及注册

1.被录取者将收到我校发出的《录取通知书》，并持申请材料原件及护照到所在国的中华人民共和国使（领）馆办理入境签证手续。

2.国际学生应在规定报到时间内，携带录取通知书,申请材料及有学生签证的有效护照（有效期至少1年）到学校对外交流合作处报到。

3.新生报到后，对外交流合作处负责组织学生统一到相关出入境检验检疫局进行入学体检，检查结果有效期为6个月。体检不合格者，应在规定期限内离境回国。

四、国际学生奖学金

国际学生奖学金评选依据《黔南民族师范学院国际学生奖学金管理办法

（修订）》《2025年入学国际学生奖学金管理办法补充说明》执行。

五、费用

注：汉语言文学和经济学属文科类，计算机科学与技术属理工科类。

六、生活和医疗保障

学校有雨花食苑和观澜食苑两个大食堂,食堂内品种丰富。学校附近有各种 风味的中国餐馆及西式快餐店。

国际学生必须在中国购买保险，费用自理。就医可以在校园内的校医院或附近的医院。

Admission Prospectus for International Students 2026

I. Introduction to the University

l A Long History and Distinctive Education Characteristics

Since its establishment in 1952, Qiannan Normal University for Nationalities has positioned itself with the distinctive characteristics of “teacher-orientation, ethnic features, local focus, and application-orientation.” The university is dedicated to cultivating high-quality, application-oriented talents who are deeply rooted in ethnic regions, serve basic education, and contribute to the economic, social, and cultural development of local communities. In 2000, upon approval by the Ministry of Education of P. R. China, the institution was restructured from Qiannan Normal College for Nationalities, Duyun Normal School for Nationalities, and Qiannan Education College, becoming the first municipal (prefecture)-level undergraduate university in Guizhou Province. In 2022, the university was designated as a key supported institution under the Teacher Education Collaborative Quality Improvement Plan of the Ministry of Education of P. R. China. In 2023, it was upgraded to a provincial-level university, and in the same year, the university received official approval as a master’s degree-granting unit, signifying an important enhancement in its educational standards and overall strength.

The university is situated in Duyun City, the capital of Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, a picturesque plateau bridge city. It nestles against Lianhua (lotus) Mountain to the east, faces Jianjiang River to the south, is adjacent to Luosike (snail shell) —the core production area of Duyun Maojian Tea—to the west, and overlooks Doupeng (cape) Mountain National Nature Scenic Reserve to the north. The campus features flat terrain, is surrounded by mountains and rivers, and boasts an elegant, tranquil, and scenic environment. It is a practical, multifunctional university campus that integrates ethnic characteristics with modernity.

l A Full Range of Disciplines and Strong Professional Capabilities  

Currently, the university boasts 4 regionally ranked first-class disciplines, 11 provincially recognized key disciplines, and 17 secondary colleges and teaching units. It offers three master's degree programs in Fine Arts and Calligraphy, Electronic Information, and Education, with the last one encompassing fifteen enrollment directions (fields). The academic scope spans ten major disciplines, including literature, science, education, law, economics, history, management, engineering, art, and agriculture. Additionally, the university offers 49 undergraduate majors, among which 5 are nationally ranked first-class majors and 15 are provincially ranked first-class majors. This extensive academic framework provides students with ample opportunities for study and research.

III.Application and Admission Procedures

l Application Requirements  

1.Applicants must be aged 18 to 35 years, possess a secondary school diploma or higher qualification, and hold valid ordinary passports as non-Chinese citizens.

2.Undergraduate Program Students must pass the Chinese Proficiency Test (New HSK Level 4) with a score of 180 points or above before enrollment.

3. Applicants must demonstrate good physical and mental health, meet the medical examination standards required for Chinese visa or residence permit applications, and ensure their ability to engage in normal academic and daily activities during their stay in China.  

4. Applicants must comply with Chinese laws and regulations, adhere to institutional policies, and provide proof of no disciplinary violations, public security penalties, or criminal records.  

5. Applicants must respect the cultural traditions and customs of the Chinese people.  

6. Applicants must demonstrate sufficient financial capacity to cover tuition fees and living expenses during their study period in China.  

l Application Materials  

1. Standard passport-style photograph (digital format).  

2. Completed “Application Form for International Students of Qiannan Normal University for Nationalities”.  

3. Personal resume (bilingual version in Chinese and English).  

4. Scanned copy of the first page of a valid passport (valid for at least 1 year).  

5. Foreigner Physical Examination Form (as per the standard template provided by the Chinese government).  

6. Notarized certificate of no criminal record and its authentication (issued within the last 6 months).  

7. Certified copies of high school transcripts, highest academic degree certificates, and relevant authentications.  

8. Financial certification demonstrating liquidity of at least RMB 20,000 annually or equivalent funds.  

(Note: All application materials should be submitted as scanned copies; no physical mailing of paper documents is required.)  

l Application Procedure

1. Submission of Application Materials  

Applicants are required to submit the electronic copies of all application materials to the following email address: icecstudents@sgmtu.edu.cn.  

2. Interview  

Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be invited to participate in a unified online video interview organized by our institution. Successful candidates who pass the interview will receive an official Letter of Admission from the university.  

3. Material Submission Deadline  

All application materials must be submitted no later than March 31, 2026.  

l Admission and Registration

1. Admission Notice  

Admitted applicants will receive an official Letter of Admission issued by the university. They are required to present the original application documents and passport at the Chinese Embassy or Consulate in their home country to apply for the appropriate entry visa.  

2. Registration Process  

International students must report to the Office of International Exchange and Cooperation within the designated registration period, bringing along the Letter of Admission, all required application materials and the valid passport with student visa (valid for at least 1 year).  

3. Health Examination  

Following registration, the Office of International Exchange and Cooperation will arrange for newly admitted students to undergo a mandatory health examination at an authorized Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau. The results of the examination are valid for six months from the date of issuance. Students whose health examination results do not meet the requirements will be required to depart China within the specified timeframe as per relevant regulations.  

IV.International Student Scholarship

The assessment of international student scholarships is carried out in accordance with “The Regulations on the Management of International Student Scholarships of Qiannan Normal University for Nationalities (Revised)” and the “Supplementary Provisions on the Management of International Student Scholarships for 2025 Enrollment”.

V. Costs and Expenses

Note: The majors of Chinese Language and Literature, and Economics belong to liberal arts category, while Computer Science and Technology belongs to the science and engineering category.

VI. Living and medical security

The university has two large cafeterias, namely, Yuhua Food Court and Guanlan Food Court, which offer a wide variety of dishes. There are various Chinese restaurants and Western fast food chains nearby.

International students are required to purchase insurance in China at their own expense. Medical treatment is available at the on-campus school clinic or nearby hospitals.
